Obwohl unser Hauptsitz in der Schweiz und damit ausserhalb der europäischen Union liegt, haben wir damit begonnen, unsere unternehmensinternen Abläufe an die Anforderungen der EU-Produktsicherheitsverordnung anzupassen. Viele unserer Produkte sind für Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher respektive private Endkundinnen und Endkunden vorgesehen. Sie fallen entsprechend unter die Produktsicherheitsverordnung (GPSR) (EU) 2023/988. Produktsicherheit ist seit jeher ein Selbstverständnis für uns, weshalb wir hiermit die Einhaltung der oben genannten Verordnung und die damit verbundene Sicherheit unserer Produkte bestätigen.

En tant que fabricant de robinetterie et de produits sanitaires pour la salle de bains, la cuisine et la gastronomie, nous suivons systématiquement l’évolution juridique de nos régions de distribution. Cela concerne en particulier la zone de l’Union européenne (UE), où nos produits sont commercialisés sous la marque KWC.

Bien que notre siège principal se trouve en Suisse et donc hors de l’Union européenne, nous avons commencé à adapter nos processus internes aux exigences du règlement de l’UE sur la sécurité des produits. Nombre de nos produits sont destinés aux consommateurs ou à des clients finaux privés. Ils sont donc soumis au Règlement relatif à la sécurité générale des produits (RSGP) (UE) 2023/988. La sécurité des produits est depuis toujours une évidence pour nous. C’est pourquoi nous confirmons par la présente le respect du règlement susmentionné et la sécurité associée de nos produits.

Tra queste figura in particolare l’Unione Europea (UE), dove i nostri prodotti vengono distribuiti con il marchio KWC.

Sebbene la nostra sede principale si trovi in Svizzera, e quindi al di fuori dell’Unione Europea, abbiamo intrapreso un processo di adeguamento delle nostre procedure aziendali interne ai requisiti stabiliti dal Regolamento UE relativo alla sicurezza generale dei prodotti. Molti dei nostri prodotti sono destinati a consumatrici e consumatori, ovvero a una clientela finale privata. Come tali, rientrano nel campo di applicazione del Regolamento (UE) 2023/988 relativo alla sicurezza generale dei prodotti (GPSR). La sicurezza dei prodotti è da sempre una nostra priorità e, per questo, desideriamo confermare, con la presente, il rispetto del suddetto Regolamento e la relativa sicurezza dei nostri prodotti.
