Participation is only possible during a KWC Event 2025, which includes:

Day of Kitchen Innovations, Safenwil, Switzerland (February 11–12, 2025)
Building Technology Worlds, Safenwil, Switzerland (February 18–19, 2025)
ISH 2025, Frankfurt, Germany (March 17–21, 2025)

1. General Conditions
Participation in the competitions conducted by us is voluntary and free of charge. The chances of winning are not affected by purchasing a service and/or making a purchase. KWC Group AG, KWC-Gasse 1, 5726 Unterkulm (CH), is responsible for collecting and processing the personal data you provide as part of the respective competitions.

2. Duration
The duration of our competitions is defined by the specific information provided for each competition. Different forms of raffles and prize types may apply depending on the competition. Detailed information on the raffle process and available prizes is provided in the respective competition descriptions on our contest pages. By registering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Prizes and Mechanics
Details of the prizes and the competition mechanism will be explained at the respective event.

4. Winner Selection
Winners will be drawn within ten working days after the end of the respective competition and will be contacted personally. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within seven calendar days of the prize notification, KWC reserves the right to select another winner.

5. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals of legal age with full legal capacity. Participation is void where prohibited by law. Multiple entries, as well as entries by KWC employees and partners, are not considered. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No correspondence will be conducted regarding the competition. KWC reserves the right to exclude participants, delete duplicate entries, or cancel a competition if irregularities or suspicions of technical manipulation are detected.

6. Travel Prizes
The processing of travel prizes will be handled directly between the winner and the respective competition partner. KWC assumes no warranty or liability in this regard. Winners are responsible for their travel to and from the starting point of the journey (e.g., airport, train station) unless otherwise specified in the competition description. The same applies to any costs incurred during the trip (e.g., minibar). Winners and any accompanying persons are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including valid travel documents. Taxes, fees, or duties resulting from the prize (excluding potential shipping costs, customs duties, and import VAT) are the sole responsibility of the winners.

7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KWC excludes all liability and responsibility in connection with its competitions, including the organization and redemption of prizes. In particular, KWC is not liable for technical failures of the contest pages, network servers, hardware errors, viruses, bugs, programming errors, or other transmission errors beyond its control.

8. Social Media Platforms
Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms are not economically or legally involved in these competitions, even if a competition is promoted on our Facebook page or related activities occur on Facebook. KWC is the sole organizer of the competitions. All inquiries related to the competition should be directed to KWC (info(at)kwc.com). By participating in a competition and accepting these terms, participants release Facebook from any liability related to the competition.

9. Data Privacy
When completing the registration form for the respective raffle, participants are required to provide certain personal data to Switzerland (e.g., salutation, first name, last name, country of residence, email address). This data will be stored in Switzerland and used solely for the purpose of participating in and conducting the respective competition. Personal data will only be shared with third parties when necessary for organizing the competition and awarding the prize. KWC ensures that third parties process personal data only as authorized by KWC. Participants can contact KWC regarding data processing questions (info(at)kwc.com).

10. Newsletters
Provided participants explicitly consent to this during registration, KWC may use their email addresses to send newsletters. The newsletter can be unsubscribed at any time by notifying info(at)kwc.com or using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter email.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to the competitions. For disputes related to a specific competition or these terms and conditions, the courts in the Canton of Aargau have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection regulations for individuals residing in Germany or other EU states remain unaffected.
